Wisledge LLC ("Wisledge," "we," "us," or "our") provides Japan market-entry consulting and related services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect information in the following ways:

• Information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, company, country, and message, when you submit the Contact form or a newsletter sign-up.
• Information collected automatically — such as pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location. HubSpot analytics collects this only if you accept non-essential cookies; our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (for example, your IP address) to deliver and secure the Site.
• Information from third-party tools — Contact form submissions are received by Netlify (which also hosts the Site) and forwarded to HubSpot, our CRM, where your enquiry is stored as a contact record. Newsletter sign-ups are received by Netlify and used only to send you the newsletter you asked for; if we begin adding them to HubSpot, we will update this policy first. If you have accepted non-essential cookies, HubSpot may also recognize the email address you enter in a form and associate it with your visit. Each provider may collect limited technical data as described in its own privacy policy.

Wisledge is based in Japan, and information you submit may be processed in Japan and in other countries where our service providers operate (including the United States, where Netlify and HubSpot provide services), which may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

If you are located in mainland China or South Korea, please note that your information will be transferred outside of your country to Japan and our service providers' countries for the purposes described in this policy. Where local law requires a separate notice or your explicit consent before such a cross-border transfer (for example, under China's Personal Information Protection Law or South Korea's PIPA), submitting your information to us through this Site constitutes that consent; you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us, though this may limit our ability to respond to your enquiry.
